People come to us needing communications. An ad
campaign, a brochure, a website. Then, after listening for a long time,
we usually tell them that they don't need communications.
What they need is to communicate. An idea, a message, a position. Once we figure that out, we can figure out the rest. The methods, and medias, and marvelous made-up things that will communicate in the most effective way possible. Understanding a client's real needs, targets, and, most importantly, challenges—the budgets and timelines and everything else that all-too-often get in the way of communicating. Those challenges are real and complex. We love them. We take great pride in helping to steer a project over and around the hurdles and roadblocks it will bump into. And we do this by never forgetting what the world looks like from our client's side of the desk. Seeing your challenges and your realities as you see them. This, more than anything else, is what results in your communications doing everything you want them to do. It's communicating in real life. Yours.
